Refund Policy
This policy applies to paid platform billing and paid visibility features when billing is enabled.

General Policy
- Paid services are non-refundable once the service is successfully applied.
- Refunds are considered only for failed charges or proven billing errors.
Eligible Cases
- Duplicate payment caused by system issues.
- Charge completed but the paid feature was not applied to your account.
Not Eligible
- Service already delivered successfully.
- Account restrictions resulting from policy violations.
Request Process
- Submit billing issues within 14 days of transaction date.
